André Serre-Milan

André Serre-Milan (1965) is a composer and artistic director. He designs musical composition as a reading of our contemporary world and the “human condition”: understanding sense and potential of our time, and transcribing its music into useful evidence for a shared and softened future. With this attitude, his compositions led him to interact with other cultures and arts forms to realize concerts, shows (including dance, theater, visual arts), multimedia performances, installations, records and films productions. New technologies are part of its instrumentation, as well as traditional instruments. Featured at the International Rostrum of composers 2006-UNESCO
